Our goal is not to “make things hard”, but to build confidence step by step. Groups are formed by age and experience, and we start from tasks that a student can realistically handle. If a child struggles, teachers break problems into smaller steps, give additional explanations and short individual hints during the lesson. We also avoid meaningless homework overload: the main work happens in class, and home tasks are designed to be achievable and to reinforce what was already understood. Parents receive feedback about progress, so we can adjust the pace together and keep the child motivated rather than stressed.
